Flowershop uses secure server software (SSL) which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure Internet commerce transactions. This software encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Any information that we collect on our customers is held in the strictest confidence. We do not sell or trade this data to outside companies. We only use this information to personalize your shopping experience as well as to notify you about special offers, services or site enhancements.

DELIVERY DETAILS IN CYPRUS
Same day delivery is available (Monday – Saturday) if orders are received before 1pm (+2GMT), excluding peak floral periods. Orders received after 1pm (+2GMT) will be delivered the following day.
Sunday delivery is available on all orders received before 6pm (+2GMT) on Saturday, excluding peak floral periods. Orders received after 6pm (+2GMT) Saturday, will be delivered Monday morning.
Deliveries to remote country areas may incur a delay of up to two days.
Requests for specific delivery times will be taken, but unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays. See Special Dates. These items will be delivered the day before or after the requested date.
During peak floral periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, all orders should be placed at least two days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

HOW TO ORDER OVER THE INTERNET
1. You can order directly from our home page by choosing one of three options.
By choosing a category, an occasion or try searching our database
2. This will bring you into the selection page. Once you are happy with your choice, click on the "order" button. This will take you to the order form step 1.
3. As you proceed through the three steps of the order form, be sure to double check that all the information is correct, including the recipient and sender information.
4. Once you have completed the order form, click on the submit button.
5. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

HOW TO ORDER BY FAX
You can fill-in the Order Form and print it. Fax your selection and credit card details to +357 269 31 090. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

HOW TO ORDER BY PHONE
You may order by telephoning one of our customer service operators with your selection and credit card details on + 357 996 47 691. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from redrose.com.cy once the order has been processed. If there are any difficulties with the order, you will be contacted via email with an explanation, or to request more details.

2. Deluxe (enhanced version of picture shown)
3. Royal (enhanced version of picture shown)
For the deluxe and royal option, we will add value to your selection with additional flowers or products and/or higher quality containers/packaging.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Products may vary in size and appearance due to design interpretation and availability. Should a particular flower, container or product be unavailable due to seasonal or stock variations, we reserve the right to substitute goods of equivalent or greater value. In all cases, the utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
